I've noticed that associates are asked to cover 4 or 5 departments and curbside. I've verbally refused to do curbside on top of my already ridiculous workload for only $13.00 per hour!!! If they can't staff curbside consistently the service should be discontinued. In my store customers have even gotten their own curbside orders and left🤣😂😂. If someone is up there that wouldn't have happened 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️

Belk also will beg and plead with you to stay if you quit, they will offer you a raise, tell you how great you are, and blow smoke up your ar-e. don't fall for it, i left and got a job at wal mart, Belk paid $13.50, wal mart is at $17.25 plus more hours and easier time off requests, less stress because the store has lots of workers.
Dream on! Belk does not care about you. As long as Belk makes money and exists you are nothing like many poor lazy associates needed the money to live, to eat and to survive! Belk knows it, Belk store managers know it, but nothing is going to change! So dream on and keep on dreaming!
