I was wonderings, who are the new ELT members? who is running the company now?

The known ELT are:
Tom Krause- CEO
Tony Gomes- Legal- for a limited time
Jason Smith, who is a friend of Bob is likely going to remain
There may be leaders in tibco to take over some of the roles.
So lots of open spots for those who want to join!
The only other declared "leaders" are the business GMs for VDI-Citrix and Networking-NetScaler.
Please be kind. Just because someone is an "old white dude" or of Indian descent doesn't mean they are a bad person or wrong for the role. It would be nice if everyone judged each leader in their own individual merits, integrity, humanity, passion, actions and qualification to do the job. Not saying that there haven't been leaders of questionable character in the company history. But everyone should please be respectful and refrain from hateful assumptions. No matter where you end up, your personal integrity speaks volumes. Someone here just showed how bad theirs is.
The new ELT is as follows: old white dudes that are somehow a vague copy/paste of each other, old Indian dudes that firmly believe in their historic cast system & superiority over those below them, and one or two woman to meet some sort of ESG metric.
¯_(ツ)_/¯ Do you really care? Nobody is running the company for quite some time now, not having ELT does not change anything. It just lowers OpEx and improves morale.
