My experiences are not positive at all. I'm unsuccessfully trying to find something new and I'm already getting a little worried about how long I'll have to wait to get an offer. I think my age is the problem.

I’m 62 and it’s been a nightmare looking for a job, I finally found one at a hotel in the back office and it’s been great! Just have faith and keep looking!
My spouse works at a different company. You have no idea what age range. The company hires for WFH positions. They’re between 22-24. None of these ppl have background in such headquarter jobs. Most of them do nothing on the clock. Their way is to apply 2 WFH jobs at different companies so they can get paid double without effort.
Same here. Aga has to be the answer, I look on LinkedIn and see who have gotten jobs I’ve been told going with someone else. Yep a lot younger. Guess they don’t care our generation shows up and gets the job done. Stuck in a bad situation at a company that once cared about its employees.
