3M had a bunch of managers, true leaders are few and far between.
Either they have left, or have retired or soon to be retired.

In emea Lars has just announced 650 positions to be eliminated in the near future.
The pressure is on and the truth is out! All of the sudden the HR and these so called managers do not have control over their surveys. Even worse, the public can see it!
