payroll is next
Managers will stay and muddle through. I’m doing it. If you complain up the line, it gets laughed off as GBS is so terrible. Efficiency gets little value in this company. My days used to be spent growing the business, but now it’s spent doing admin work. If you want a raise or promotion, you’ll give up family time to do your admin work at nights and weekends.
Yes that is it, get rid of the admins, can you imagine a manager dealing with GBS/MBS? if the company thinks they are having a hard time getting people to work now, what will they do when the managers have to get info for payroll to Gbs? people will quit when they don't get paid correctly
Try doing without the admins... good frigging luck. Who is going to actually do the work...
All functions are included. Man at the top said from day one he didn’t see the value of admins so they’re all getting the shaft. This time there all levels included. Get out while you can!
What functions are getting a parachute?
Anyone getting a decent severance - they’re doing you a favor. This place is becoming more rancid every day. The clown who runs this mess sits on his high perch in NY probably laughing at the lives he’s destroying. Maybe this was once a respectable place to build a career - but like VHS and BETA - those days are over and this company is heading to obsolescence. I’m not a grass is greener type but in this case I believe it truly is.
PepsiCo (NASDAQ:PEP) could take cost-cutting measures due to the economy, sources tell Fox Business.
The beverage giant is said to be considering offering buyouts to employees over 55 years old and making some additional layoffs if business conditions were to deteriorate.
The story is developing.
Shares of PepsiCo (PEP) fell 2.11% in afternoon trading on Thursday.
Who are they asking if they want to go? What jobs and business unit!
that is usually how it goes, they ask for people to volunteer to leave the company, then they let more people go. They are letting people go as it is and a lot of people (myself included) have been waiting for them to announce our jobs being eliminated.
