How is BBBY responding to stores in the hurricanes path? Is there a procedure to check in safe for employees? Will stores temporarily close during the storm? Will BBBY be sending pallets of water and other necessities for customers to buy after the storm? What is the plan?

So apparently nobody heard from their caring SMs? Thought so.
Lol. Good one!
I am a store manager in florida and they are offering a my pillow and a 1 year welcome rewards membership to help offset my house floating away.
Please post if you've been called or texted in FLA and if it's a large enough number I will admit I am wrong.NO MANAGERS or supers. You get texted daily and I've seen ranting occur just when it is time for evening huddle. Very colorful.
Really? Just like they called people before to come back to work only for HR to discover they never called? I don't trust your line of BS.
Really id--tic comments. BBB has been calling and texting every associate in the paths of the storms and has been offering voucher assistance to associates who suffered loss. Much different than years past when they did nothing.
KW used to manage SEV1 emergencies for Claremont's Data Center. Needless to say, it was always a laughable overreaction.
How are the managers in FLA going to keep tabs on you right now? Carrier pigeon or search party? Corporate clown pap. I'm sorry to say that, but I don't see any other reality for the post about "caring".
Time will tell, 2ip.
Not the managers who are left in my experience.
Stores close for the storm(s). They have in the past helped with discounts for those effected by a storm to help rebuild their home. Employees will be paid for the shifts they were scheduled to work during the store closure. The management team across the state of Florida cares about it's employees and their families and truly has the best interest in mind when life threatening storms are impacting their area.
BBB has always kept stores open until the very last minute to capture those all important sales even though nobody in their right mind is out shopping. Forget the safety of the associates just stay open until the severe weather is right on top of you then you can close and try to make it home safely.
The OP posted almost the exact same thing on the Sears Layoff page.
Home Depot has a “war room” at its corporate office in Atlanta every time a natural disaster strike the communities it serves. It works around the clock to get needed supplies to its stores. Even sending products it doesn’t typically sell because the community needs a reliable source of products. They will send 80 pallets of water to a store if necessary. I really don’t think BBBY will do anything close to this.
I wouldn't expect for BBBY to do anything for you with or without a hurricane.
I dont think BBB is going to be helping with the hurricane when they are broke and going under.
If you work in a store that’s in the path of the hurricane you really shouldn’t depend on a failing company to save you. Buy some water now before it’s too late.
