Hello early retirement is being offered. Once that headcount is done then its right to layoffs
Massive layoffs are coming. Just look at your utilization and advanced res counts. There is no demand the rest of the year. Admin jobs the first to go. If your manager is not in the know then they are going to be one of the casualties.
