It won’t end with Mike and Monish leaving. It is too far gone. Certain divisions will not survive. People M&M hired are only in it to get revenge on other companies that let them go. They all are minions doing M&M work.
which “new voice” has the risk appetite to board this sinking ship?
It will end when Mike and Monish have exited with golden parachutes and a new voice takes over what has been a great company, but now a has been.
Before somebody 'helpfully' tells me to find a new job, I'm trying. It's just not as easy as some might think.
