I just spoke fearlessly in my Org Health survey. How long till they fire me?

Pass the buck attitude. Management pretends to preach safety but in the end it is all getting the job done. So pas the buck too or you will stress out and have a heart attack or stroke and they are not worth it.
I was gone in 6 months after 30 years of service.
I did it and took about 6 months or so. I guess that’s the time it takes to investigate and for HR to get all the ducks in the row and terminate you where you are in no position to sue.
You are now officially blacklisted.

If I could only live this Comment!! I did the same. spoke about having to do the job if 2 people and only getting a 1% raise and how we have had an open position for almost a year and I am doing that job too.
