Recruiters, stop discriminating against internal candidates!!! You apply to two or three internal listings, receive a confirmation email and then radio silence. Not even a THANKS FOR APPLYING BUT NO message. Or the three listings that I applied for and the next day the position was closed! Applied to so many jobs I fully qualify for over the months and not a single response from internal hiring managers or recruiters. Oh look MINORITY, don't give them an interview. Don't let them try to improve their lot! Keeping black lists, Racist Healthcare?
