where did you heat Shefali Shah is leaving? Rest of the people on this board would be happy but are not indicating that she is leaving

It is difficult to tie the challenges to one individual, especially under previous top leadership. However, there was definitely a black ho-e that existed when it came to proper handling of employee concerns, standard Ethics of a public company, corporate compliance, protections against retaliation and general safeguards to ensure protections. Who is ultimately responsible for all of those areas? As of now it appears there is a PR placed ethics leader (who also doesn't appear to know Avayas social media policy), and a long track record of retaliatory actions and inaction to address any real concerns.
Shefali Shah is toxic! As another post highlights She oversaw Human Resources, Ethics - she facilitated Jim Chirico's behaviour, manipulated the board through NOT sharing what was going on with employee engagement and CEO behaviour and allowed insider sales of only the select C-Suite even though there was a blackout period for everyone else as a function of the forever potential sale to PE firms.
She is culpable needs to be investigated. Instead she is staying close to Alan and vetting everything that comes to his awareness for fear that he will work it out.
This is gross negligence. The board should know better!
