I wound leaving for about a 28% raise. Then again, when I left I had found our new hires with zero experience were making more than I was after several years and entering with experience….
I left after I was able to parlay my administrator resume into a door dash career. I hate door dash but it's good to eat the meals of people who don't tip. I eat gourmet hamburgers and replace them with McDonalds and steal people's light fixtures after hours. Best job I've ever had, I get paid to scope out new Neiborhood's for my next heist.
