If I used to have some kind of work/life balance before, now I don't have it at all.
Overloaded with work, I feel like I'm constantly working and I'm totally exhausted. I desperately need to find something new soon.
Does anyone here actually have a work/life balance?

I end at my scheduled shift time. If there is more work than I am capable of doing (5 years rated bte) the. That is their problem for understaffing due to poor projections. Lack of planning on your part is not an emergency on mine. My computer gets turned off when I am done and sits in the corner of my desk on the weekends and pto
Yes- I’m in claims. I don’t do anything except jump on this site from time to time and complain that I actually have to work for a paycheck.
I do. For awhile we were looking for work. Now we have WFT and they gave us work. But nothing that I can’t just log off at my regular time.
