bi-weekly. processed with ADP on regular payroll schedule. To do anything else would cost them extra money.

@cki. In California it depends on the company whether they pay you out in installments or a lump sum.

Agree. Ready to be DONE! But they will find a way to deflect any way they can. My opinion.

Thank you for your response. I was with the company 13 years & I’m preparing for 2 weeks too, but hoping for the lump sum so I can finally move on. I want to be DONE! During the last huge Lay off they did during Covid furlo one of the mangers got let go & was paid out full lump sum & he said it read the same on his paperwork too. We are in California maybe payouts are different from state to state ?? Keeping my fingers crossed for next week. Sending everyone my very best.

Same here. Signed on the 9th, they signed on the 10th. Then a 7 day grace period, and hopefully will be paid around the 29th. Usually direct deposit hits earlier. I have no clue if it will be a 2 week regular check, or lump sum. The vagueness and wording in the documents is deceitful, in my opinion.. I am preparing for the 2 week regular check.. I have been with company for 9 years. Just a perspective from here.

I didn’t get my docusign until the 9th & received it signed back on the 10th then I had my one week waiting period which was last week pay period so I didn’t receive anything yet. Next week will be the next pay period … also my docusign said two time biweekly pay then on the calandra example to show pay time frame it said lump sum.. so that’s why I asked if anyone was payed out in full. Thank you for your response.

Its paid biweekly like a paycheck. If you signed in time, the first check was paid last week.
