Still no CEO for spin-off?

How is there still no CEO named for the spin-off? If you look at historical data around other spin-off announcements all announced a ceo the same time as intent to spin. Yet nothing over here almost two months later? How can structures and decisions get made with no leadership. Are we just in for another insane ride with this spin-off - or is it really a sell off??

Monish is being given a trial run as ceo by the board. If they like his work, he will be given the HC company to run as Mike is packaged out.

Monish will then hire a batch of GE rejects, which means working at HC will be a horror shore. Forced ranking, six sigma, management by objective will be on the menu. Good luck to those stuck in the HC.

Supposedly the new CEO for SpinCo will be announced by January. I don't see how that gives enough time for anything.

Believe it is a sell-off too.

That HC portfolio makes NO sense. No synergies whatsoever between those businesses. It is a sell off. Plus they cannot attract good people anymore due to legal threats. Who wants to go to work for a company that will be bankrupted in a year or two?
