Is it just me or are the people getting promoted the most unprofessional and bad at their jobs. This place has turned into a full fledged joke and it begins with the “talent”

It is a joke and it starts at the top and works its way down. We hired the Narcissist for millions in stock and pay. No qualifications. No history with the company. He does possess however incredible arrogance and self-love. Perfect fit for an EVP.

Well I would be the one asking the Tim Graham ?. I just wanted to make sure that this was the dump a-- who was the one that got people run off for nothing. Heneexs his a-- kicked and it is coming.
To the individual that asked if Tim Graham investigated the fatalities at BV. The answer is yes he was one of three. He was the one selected to represent EHS or HSE or SHE or was it HES. Anyway. He is an environmentalist that specializes in algae and they had him investigating a high profile legal case. You can only imagine how much value he brought to that case. Thats what you do when you don’t want the findings to very thorough.

This place has turned back into the laughingstock of the industry in the last year. what a joke. serial bad exec hires. worse promotions. firing the only leaders who know what they are doing, including today. way to go board. you have done an awesome job.

My dude. You realize the company you are referring too right? This place is the joke of the energy sector. They can’t recruit anyone with actual talent to come here. They have to promote from the beat down and trodden. The people that are left are those that have mastered the art of staying out of the spotlight. The ones that have calluses on their knees. And the ones that have earned their degrees in dagger throwing as they have pierced the very spines of the ones above them. These are the chosen ones that will be your supervisors along the journey of kicking the can down the dead end road!
