You people realize that people can worn rotating shifts! Or split shifts. The company is not gonna stay shut down Friday through Sunday. If you even thought this would happen any other way. Your an id--t.

Yes, I came from a company that worked 24-7. Didn't mean we worked 24 hours a day. We did 10 hours per day. .... 4 days a week..... It might attract talent. But not Nov way to make the people's happy.

We’re a service company, how could we possibly go to a 4 day work week when we have customers working 7 days a week? Tell me you work in sales without telling me you work in sales.
