One of the reasons I read these posts is because it is a fact that both Ford managers and the news reporters read them. They’ve mentioned things written here.

Our management would be well advised to read these posts along with the last 20 yrs of pulse surveys. They might learn something. The pay and perks of the position are just too good to rock the boat. Saying no might just get you SIRPd with 9 months of severance.

No SIRP'd folks post here. They've moved on to bigger and better things. Meantime the stock is down, sales are too due to manufacturing costs and constraints. We all will be signing waivers before too long. Thanks to Farley!!
