BUT WAIT , THAT IS WHY WE GAVE ALL THE MANAGEMENT JOBS TO ENGINEERS, BECAUSE THEY LOVE POWERPOINTS , FISHBONE DIAGRAMS, VENN DIAGRAMS, AND THEY LOVE VALUE ADDED STREAMS THATS DONT WORK, THEY ALSO LOVE LOADING THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF WORK ON THE WORKER BEES AND THEN TRY TO BREAK THEM BY ADDING MORE AND TAKING AWAY ALL BONUSES, BUT GOING FORWARD AT LEAST NOW WORKERS BEES CAN ESCAPE TO OTHER COMPANY'S WE SEE AS MORE EMPATHIC AND CARING
When attempting to solve a problem especially one that has been ongoing for several years, identify the proximate cause(s) and/or the common denominator(s) and expunge them from the firm.
