**The upper/middle level people 'managers' are all 'Yes' folks and subscribe to Groupthink for fear of losing their own jobs. It's notable many of these mid/late career folks are ex-Nortel... Long-term, they should know what to expect. The early career folks with no telco experience, simply take their lead from managers and believe what they're told to believe.... Talk about, blind leading the blind.**
Thank you, @3pkw+1iL8bU7I.
You said it perfectly. I would also had a healthy dose of mo--nic narccissism. THE “leftovers” feel like they are super special and irreplaceable. They haven’t a clue that they were the last ones chosen for the kickball team. So these inflated ego’s believe they have ARRIVED and we are all fortunate for their presence. Just look at the ME ME ME, I,I,I posts. I am SHOCKED that people have not called them out.

Those who were most high up JC's ar-e are the ones who remain. If they keep telling us that customers love Avaya, while customers are irate with Avaya, then the truth is x-x. Nothing has changed.
