Any reorganization that includes a shakeup among the top brass can be considered a failure in advance if Ellison is still CEO at the end of it. I don't give a damn about the CMO or the VP of merchandising or whoever else. I do care that the man who has shown nothing but contempt for employees, who has cost many their livelihood, and who reduced the number of employees per store and made our work that much harder, is still here.

If you look at the stock price since he came in you can easily see why they won’t remove him. Just being honest, that’s all that matters if they can pump and dump their stock.
