Dissatisfaction, stress and burnout

It is no longer a question of who is but who isn't on the verge of burnout here?

"Can do attitude"
Take that retirement dream down the road.
We want ours today not tomorrow.
Retirement LOL

Its nice to see some guys with a can do attitude with their eyes on the prize. Now retired and looking in the rear view mirror now at my working days on the railroad, with some of the tough times that we went through, including a long furlough, but it was all worth the pension and medical benefits INCLUDING the mrs. Just hang in there and take it one day at a time, and you will make it !

Not me, no burnout here. Just a few more years until retirement.
Glad I funded my own 401K and IRA. Also RRB account.

We work more than miners so mine your own business and enjoy retirement.

Before I retired I worked in the aggregate industry " open pit mining" .
Staying ahead of orders for materials we would work 6 12 hour weeks for 2-3 months to keep our surge piles stocked.
The amount of $$ pumped into ssi and pension was absolutely worth it.
Get it while You can and tough it out.
Have that old school work ethic.

I think everyone is, so that would be a good theory of why everyone wants a strike.
