If you're burnt out, you're doing it wrong. Do only what you can during your working hours, and then forget about Citrix until your next workday starts. Don't allow yourself to become a prisoner of a place that has shown nothing but contempt for its employees. They need to realize we need more, not fewer people. Maybe they'll figure it out once things stop being done.

Give the hedge funds 60 hours per week.
Good advise. Working extra hard to cover for the lack of resources only helps upper management get their bonuses. If they see that you can do the work of 2 or 3 people, then they WONT hire more help. This is like bean counter management 101. Do you job 8 to 5 and thats it. Let things pile up, let sh!t hit the fan. Upper management wont care unless it affects them. Another note, I have seen people that worked super hard get laid off... almost always is a numbers game, not performance based.
Yes. Citrix is one company. They're not the only company. Even if you survive, it's not a place you want to be. It's going to get sold off at some point, and it's going to be cost-cutting until then. Nobody really needs their products. If you can, take your skills elsewhere.
