I heard DS ‘stuck his neck out on the compensation and attrition’? Got to realize that HR VP has put a stranglehold on the business units. It’s amazing how we want the BUs to deliver but don’t give them to the tools to get the best folks. Unfortunately we will loss the good folks and be left with the folks who can’t get a job elsewhere
