Also all UK plants are managed by the same incompetent individuals.
Mess up at Atherstone, here’s a job at Bangor. Useless at Loughborough, here’s a job at Atherstone.
all plants in the UK are massively behind in orders and serious cash backlog, mountains of problems with supply chain and staff training issues as good people leaving indroves
Dog grooming and Driving School!! Absolutely love it, sounds like something the clowns in charge of Atherstone would do !!
Outsource all and close some of the DC’s SOA and Carpiano should go.
All the Winterthur acquisition plants Villach, meerbusch etc,
atherstone,
ex cuno plant in France,
Varnamo sweden,
Too many opportunities for closure, issue is no one with any strategy or the ba--s to follow it through .
The COE’s once had a plan and were measured on this but they never delivered it and we’re not held accountable.. I guess that’s a reoccurring story company wide.. trick is this costs millions… millions that are needed to pay legal settlements .. catch 22
Meerbusch, Germany - should be shut entirely- losing money and customers daily. Villach Austria should be sold as fast as possible while it has value. Vastervik, Sweden should have been shuttered years ago - the dog grooming business and driving school that they rent space too ( hard to believe thisis actually going on - but it is!) on site isn’t saving the day! A real reduction in sites is necessary- but this reduction is on the divisions and they can’t stomach $millions/month in tax hits due to their absolute incompetence.
Adios Atherstone
Atherstone is toast, sorry. What else is left in N.Europe except Aycliffe (which isn't going anywhere)
Atherstone, guaranteed
