Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

Apart from the fact that working hard is not valued here at all and that putting in extra effort and exposure to additional stress only harms your health, it also does not make your position any more secure. Citrix will get rid of you even if you have the best performance, because it is not the first time that some stellar employees have been cut. What is worst of all, is that in this way, by doing triple workloads, you slow down or stop any positive changes here, because otherwise the company would have to hire additional staff. Just my opinion.
