I worked at Kmart for 12 years before my store closed. BBBY is going down the SAME path, right down to the stupid rewards program. Ask Kmart how well that saved them! The rewards program was one of many nails that ki---d Kmart and it will ki-l BBBY (among other things)! You get psycho customers who try to do 20 transactions with 20 different phone numbers any multiple coupons trying to game the system. It is awful. I hated Kmart near the end and I am hating BBBY now too! I don’t want to close another store, it’s time for me to retire.
