All these directors with almost no direct reports just making ppt slides , doing no actual work while the sales team cant even visit customers? Now theyre announcing “segment wins” to take sales team credit?? Laying off great people just to keep these snake oil (ppt) peddlers alive

An entire team of people who mostly would be great in other roles but in this case are basically just clowns with a powerpoint. Move them all to a sales role where they can do something useful
RSM messengers is another useless bunch. BtW does the great executive, the numbers guy, have a new job? NO, bc nobody wants 20 + yrs of expereience with one company
its embarrassing most of middle management up to VP's got a free enhanced Job title last year and then the shares to go with it.
Did they really all jst get promotions the same exact week we laid off thousands.
Even sadder, some VP and directors don't make their ppt, they just ask their employees to make it for them
