It's a mess of gigantic proportions. From incomprehensible and outdated processes to incompetent managers who have no idea how to do their own jobs, not to mention help me with mine. This is my second job and my plan right now is to build my resume and leave asap.

They’re not many good leaders here. I will say I did have a few but they were ones that did similar job years ago. It the one that never did similar jobs before were the issue.

Good leaders serve those they lead. A good leader in any organization must have the mindset that they truly and sincerely work for their employees and not the other way around.
And to be good at it does require some knowing if what that job entails, the frustrations the Roadblocks etc.
I was able to develop excellent skills at NCR. Having NCR on your resume is better than working for a small company that has no real processes. The problem with NCR os a senior management team and boars of directors who are incompetent
NCR is not a 'red flag' to other companies unless you have no other experience and have stayed for 20 years.
NCR is a sh--e company. There is no such things as 'building your resume' with NCR, cause NCR would basically be a big red flag. Also if you made the mistake of staying here for 20 years, good luck because you are now a pariah.
After 20 yrs I will also be looking elsewhere. Hayford and Owen have done nothing for this company, but turn it into a sh-t show. Hayford is like a little kid who spends a majority of his time acting like he is on a game show. Employee morale is at a all time low. There is no respect or reward for hard work. Employees opinions and advice are ignored. This company is like the Titanic and the ship is sinking fast. Jump while you can or go down with the ship.
