This is bad news for Xerox and whomever stays. Every single person I’ve spoken to in our organization is looking for a new job. It’s not 3, or 5 or even 10. It’s every single person in operations, service and sales. My best prediction is our region collapses by Spring or summer 2023. Every region is bare bones now, so it won’t take more than a few key folks leaving to see the collapse. Our operations leader, and several sales and service folks have left in the past 4 weeks. None of this is a surprise or will be to anyone but Legacy Xerox employees. Xerox name doesn’t mean sh-t anymore no matter how many awards you pay for.

“Can you expand on this statement?”
Yes. Ricoh techs do not have to service Lexmark AND Xerox products.
"Why are any techs needed when you can farm service out to ricoh?"

Bare bones is a unique point of view.
Why do we need specialists when a new hire can do the same job as a 30 year tech?
