They replaced most of our Carmen with scabs from TTX.

Now we wait. UP is going to build longer trains. Extend air. Replace repairs, wheel sets, etc. with contractors. Carmen craft will be the first to go. Utility worker is todays new carmen. Crossover. Sad, but true. This new generation will never know. Time for change. UP is going to continue making record profits and that is facts. Railroading is a lifestyle. Carmen should be grateful they got breadcrumbs for a contract! Useless contract for a useless Craft!
Because Carmen in general did not work together as a team. No contacts with each other. No passing or receiving a ball. Carmen has their own trust issues between each other and not willing to help, teach, talk, and work with each other out. Sorry, but majority of you Carmen voted yes for the agreement and this is what they want.
