Has anyone just laid off been set up with the job placement or resume services mentioned in a severance package? When we supposed get that?

I was laid off in June when my store closed it's now September and I still haven't received any information about Cobra or anything else especially about resume or placement services Good thing I can type and figure things out on my own.
You mean they promised those let go services to help find another job and they are still working on it?! That is horrifying. Goes to show how disconnected from reality these corprate people are. They don't understand that we work for a living.

I emailed my hr contact and they said they were still working thru it. That was monday. I emailed Right Management on Wed and they said the same thing. Still no clarification. No surprise.
