The walkup help desk has been helpful in the past. I haven't used them since the latest round of layoffs though so not sure if it changed.
No one wasted money like GM IS&S in their prime. You'd have to shovel money into a furnace to come close.
Yeah, I have a rant..... that Ford allowed the feeble minded like the OP to work in IT (I am assuming) in the first place.
What are we ranting about? Those that got cut? Or the fact that all their work has landed on the shoulders of those that were left behind?
