Wonder what would be the actions taken after consulting with MARS? Major layoffs to get rid of the area org ?

i sent in two questions to town halls meetings regarding what the fudge is the plan here and please somebody shed some light on things, MR , Moni and Vale has been somewhat lightweight with answers, any way my two were not answered , maybe made them somewhat swallow hard but hey , the answers will come soon.
curiously still quiet on it while other areas going through bloodbath
it is going to be massive if revert back to the old organizational structure
one rumour that i heard is that one of the proponents of A3M was the person who is leaving now to join Kimberly Clark
Nobody knows who is accountable for what and who should drive what it’s a total mess
Truly the EO organizatoon has been bloated with the additional of LVSM and POL.
So many duplication of duties and end up both functions are chasing the same metrics
Completely waste of resources. They should get rid one of the above function to make it more cost efficient. Unfortunately that would mean a significant layoff
EO lol 😂
Start at the top with the tyre man and go right through it
EO evp’s with the business counterparts …no one has a clue who should do what and where
But then if only the divisions would focus on sales and not trying to solve cogs all day
It’s fu---d up
Is Houle still there ? Clueless dude
Have heard it’s coming over next 2-4 months via John Houle. From Mike Vale “we realize relationship between BGs and EO completely broken”
Hopefully go back to the old structure where plants report up through division and we quit spreading things out between an Ops VP, LVS VP, multiple SC VPs, but not sure if the senior executives have the humility to admit what a massive failure A3M was.
If ur in a cost center sticking around u either a masochist or just d-mb
Start by laying off the tire guy who has been a waste of money and morale ki---r.
Yes it must be in the works
