Those of you who are surprised that everything here is not ideal, that you are not valued enough, I really don't know what you expected when you applied for a job here!? Those who have been in this industry for a long time know that all railroad companies are more or less the same. Their differences are negligible. Wherever I've worked so far, I've encountered similar issues.

Who would down vote a post telling you to use your power to get what you want?
It doesn't have to be this way. This is a historic opportunity for labor to gain an upper hand over the corporate overlords. Time to take what's rightfully ours!
