I agree with @1nii, as I'm also usually drinking at 08:00 due to the work rest cycles provided by our stellar leadership.
Ok, I’m going to stick up for OP here he or she may have been drinking while posting and accidentally fat fingered the keypad. I’m guilty of not proofreading before posting at times. Are instead of our is is an easy mistake to make have a heart we’re not all perfect. If this person does indeed speak or write as posted I agree it’s time to maybe get up to speed on the proper English grammar. Stay safe out there guys!

Paid sick days are only paid to office workers in a climate controlled office . Generally in a warm weather state ….

Terrible. No sick days, no $1000 bonus yearly, 9.25% raise. 2 yr contract. Same attendance policy. Union is weak!
