Looks like the Plan A was bankrupt aearo. The indy judge nuked that option. Plan B is the ongoing layoffs (Mike refuses to give a number because perhaps Monish is running the show and Mike is just a figurehead).
Plan C? Retire Mike and bring back Inge by offering him cash up front and deferred shares? Who knows but inge got out at the right time. Did he sell off everything at 250 like the rest of us poor 3M servants should have?

Indy judge didn't 'Nuke' the bankruptcy. He simply refused to shut down the lawsuits. 3M is continuing with the bankruptcy and most likely will eventually get a court to agree to it because the business was acquired in Aearo. Get your facts straight mo--n.

Inge would not know what to do with this mess. I’m sure Mike has left it to Monish to devise a plan to get executives paid somehow while gutting the company with multiple spins. Like the previous post said, only a shell will be left and plaintiffs & the government won’t have anything worth going after.
