TSD is going to lose its patent on DG Cube soon, which used to be their darling product. Unfortunately there are no innovation products in pipeline.
No sustainable competitive edge at all !!
Segment marketing. Literally some of the best ppt slides in the market. Ohh, and LSS. Those peeps are geniuses.
It used to be large scale manufacturing and key technical people who enjoyed staying at the same company for decades who had quite a bit of freedom to come up with clever ideas, but alas no more.
