Certainly there are many more, but one of the ways for this company to keep some good employees who are still here and thus slow down its decline - is not to make more pushes for return to the office. It is not the first time that I hear from someone that they are still here only because of the possibility to work from home. And what's worst, I think that Allstate will start doing exactly that soon, pushing the RTO more?

I heard employees are being called back to the office because work wasnt getting done virtually and 75% of the new employees left before the end of their first year.
maschmeyer told our group get ready to go back to the office, or don’t let the door hit you on the way out. SMH
This company no longer values "talented employees" they want it done cheap as possible hence why the vendors from Mexico and other areas are going to be taking over as a lot of customer and agency service areas.
If they want u back in the office, and u don’t want to go, u have an option
What severance and unemployment? I don’t think you understand. The company can require in office. That will not qualify you for unemployment or severance.
I hope so as I will take the severance and unemployment and say bye bye as I will not be returning to an office. It’s a new era Allstate. Can’t hang on to your Sears /Kmart mentality anymore. There is no need for an office. Pay your employees more and nix the offices. You complain about expenses ? Well there ya go. Cut the expense of an office. Simple.
No offices remain at Home Office location.
