Raises do not keep up with market trends, managers monitor every little thing, unbearable stress... All the time I thought that something would change for the better here, but it never happened. Will things ever improve? I doubt it. My biggest mistake is not giving notice earlier.

Without being specific obviously, what parts of Melville are you lot talking about usually? Just curious, I feel like our group has a good relationship with India/Austin folks. Lots of old pointless people in the building, but there’s a lot of younger folks too trying to modernize.
Move to Melville you can spend there 20 years doing not much
