3M EARPLUG LAWSUIT UPDATES:
September 8, 2022 Update: We have a date for the 3M earplug lawsuit mediation. The two-day settlement talks begin next Thursday on September 15, 2022 at the U.S. District Court in Pensacola, Florida.
Plaintiffs want bankruptcy but if they continue to refuse to negotiate 3M may get j and j bankruptcy treatment on appeal.
Veteran want to own 3m in its entirety. No compromise.
