I have to speak out about the market sales associate program and why it is failing. First I would bet that 75 % of new hires don't last 6 months. Most fail or leave because they are constantly on probation. Allstate burns through cash recruiting, training, managing these hires while giving them nothing to sell. You can't sell a milewise policy when it is more or the same cost as a traditional policy. A recent call night "big success " was 140 quotes with 6 sales. Those 6 sales most likely did not come from the call night but had been worked over a period of days or weeks. Quotes rarely turn into sales as Allstate is usually much higher or won't insure at all due to prospects having no prior or a break in coverage. I realize that Allstate has a formula for rates but any company that only closes 4% of its quotes is failing at something.

Why wouldn’t someone not take a position with a salary and benefits for 3-6 months while they lay in bed all day. Better to get paid laying in bed than to not get paid….laying in bed.
This is called innovation the Allstate world.
The reason online sales are way up they are writing majority pay per mile. This online bait and switch scam will bring allstate to its knees
