To all, keep a close eye on your Cobra account with Avaya.
I went to paid my share of Cobra this am and no company payment had been posted to the account.
This is for September and concerns me.
I did open a ticket with them to see what is going on.

A test update:
I had to call US Dept of Labor as. Avaya ha not paid Cobra supplier it’s payment.
Just a shame an employee can treat us like this.
Yes marketplace is an option but in my case I had by bypass leg surgery and bill is $$$$$$
Need to keep to limit my cash out of pocket to $ 20,000.
Just my hospital bill for 3 days was $ 253,000.
Not including doctor or others.
Just a heads up.

TOTALLY GO TO MARKETPLACE, especially with the alignment to open enrollment period. Use the free month then buy on your own.
Is this worth the headache since it it so difficult to get any questions answered with Avaya? I was going to go for Cobra for the 1 month Avaya paid subsidy, cancel, and then enroll in the Helathcare Marketplace.
Same thing happened to me. Took 12-days to fix it but eventually they did pay
