Interview scheduled this week and not feeling great after doing some research. Not sure if I’m over reacting but news of layoffs and litigation are some serious red flags. How is the culture?

I bet the offer will be just fine. It’s the complete lack of career growth, sucking sound and toilet bowl swirl youll find when you start thats the issue. Welcome to the party

Don't walk. RUN!!! Most ppl I work work and myself have unsustainable workloads. It's been this way for the past year and a half and going from bad to worse as more ppl are cut. Morale is worse than I've ever seen it in 20 years. We're asked to handle heavy workloads and when we deliver results are rated average and given a measly 1-2% annual pay increase. If you like being overworked and insulted, entertain the job offer. Good luck to you!
Get the offer. Compare the offer to anywhere else’s offer. You won’t take the 3M offer. This place is a cluster, and they don’t pay well.

Yes, this board is a warning sign, but also know that those who did not get laid off are left holding the bag to clean up and fix everything, and whispering at the water coolers (or on the phone) about the toxic environment. I say get other offers on the table from other companies unless you want this to be a short blip on your resume.

I joined in '19. Took me 4 months to get the formal offer due to reorgs. Things haven't changed much. I was able to get good (for the US) parental leave, which I value, but I'm not feeling a great long-term outlook. Definitely still some great products, and some good work being done so depends on what the role is. Expect chaos, in any case. Debating whether or not to hold out for the HCBG spin myself.
Go through with it anyway. It'll be funny to see what kind of offer you get and when. You may have to wait until early 23 to get a formal offer
Regardless of firm, if one finds themselves on a "layoff" website, peppered with deleterious information regarding potentially catastrophic lawsuit expenditures related to self-manufactured Company branded products, contamination of drinking water in multiple countries around the globe, and derogatory comments about the entire management team... I think you would find your answer pretty easy to ascertain.
