I am not optimistic at all... If there is someone who still believes in this company and that there can be some improvements here, I would like to hear their arguments.

It was doomed the moment it was spun out of the Lucent Technologies empire (along with other Lucent business comms divisions). Debt + poor leadership/management = Avaya. It's been a slow, sad, tortuous decline.
No, not even a little bit... The worst of all us that they don't care about their people, there's not a single drop of transparency nor respect
No, no one has for years.
It's such a pity. Was a great place to work a few years back.
