SM here.... I’m not looking for another job because despite everything that is going on.... I still enjoy it lol. I’m not stressing. If my store closes I’ll find another job. Until then I’m just gonna give 100% like I always do and try to make the best of things for my store and my team. Doing the best we can with the resources given.

I second the "can't say" post. Also very likely they don't want to be seen as damaged goods from the Titanic. On the other hand, must be an open secret by now.

They can't say what they really think on LinkedIn... It's not anonymous and there would be retribution.. you cant tell me every DM and store manager aren't looking for another job.. they are.

Hey, what's 150 stores to US? /s. It'll mean big pay raises for the ones left! //s.

These will be the ones on the verge of self destruction.

We're doing great, I really don't understand why there are so many negative comments about our company. I plan to retire comfortably in about a decade, still a long way!
Let's keep the momentum, people, we are indeed the BBBY family!

So wierd how some associates/managers think things are great and are turning around. Please explain. Have they brainwashed you, or do you just don't understand business?
