Does anybody know or think this place will do layoffs with just 2 weeks left? Some say it will get good again and I want to believe them because my dog and I need the income but I don't know. Not looking good. Tia

Don't worry about me, me going out without my shirt is transferable in any industry, economy, era, or dimension. I always overbook my customers for at least 5k no problem. When you become the product you can sell anything.

What is your problem? First it was Java now it’s GNU C. While I agree Java is disgusting trash you don’t need to lump GNU C in with d-mb Java programmers. Have a little compassion please.
The lack of transferable skills must be keeping you up at night. GNU C is not looking good for your job prospects. This is why you've been stuck there for 20+ years now. Sad.

Q3 is done, they can try to save Q4 by cutting but more likely they will want to communicate cuts before, or at the same time, as they communicate 2023 guidance. This will get really ugly, and then even uglier, and then we will be acquired and stripped.
They will slash whatever costs they need to in order to make Q3 profit numbers. Yes there are additional layoffs planned.
