I've heard about the layoffs in both external and internal news but have yet to see any layoff action. is 3M still in planning the layoffs or has action already been taken at sites?

my team of 7 has been culled yesterday to 4 in the CHSD changes
The works council in Europe will try to prevent massive layouts.
However it is all about the Benjamins. If the company takes it serious even 4000-5000 is possible in EMEA.
