I wonder when the Euro works council will approve the restructuring plan and the lay offs begin in Europe. 4000 to come out …

It’s 650 in EMEA and 230 in CER, not 4000.. so it’s just around 3% from 20k
The cost of doing business in EMEA has exploded in the last year, almost all due to actions taken by government. The cost to bring down those expenses will be employee lay offs. When a coffee shops utilities bill is 10x from last year, imagine the cost to run a manufacturing plant. The policies in the US are bad, but EMEA is on another level.
Center of road, how do you know this ? I would expect lower numbers in lay offs than during the last restructurings where 2300 people were let go (last year).
But surely next lay off will come..
EMEA cut will be very limited , all employees below JG9 will be safe, there will be serious cuts above that, but only after VOE survey, the bad news for the middle managemnt will be a below average pay severance, only 1.5 weeks for anyone over 41 years old and capped at 30 weeks
Where does this number come from ? 4.000 ?
How many positions were cut in USAC so far ? I can‘t see anywhere any numbers.
Any info on EMEA plant closures?
