Expect no bonus like other companies who care for their employee more. Expect some limited salaries; nowhere near inflation…the feedback will be’we are going into a recession so we have to tighten our belts’ but at the same time the senior leadership will get massive bonuses

When things go well they take all the credit. When things do not go well they avoid all responsibility. In both cases somehow they get their huge bonuses. There is a whole team in corporate SSHE that figures out ways to make the numbers work so the bonuses get paid. Ever notice how the metrics used change year to year? Ever wonder why? Now you know.
I did leave this mismanaged dump this year. Took the lump and ran. Vote out the board of directors! Don't throw the proxy vote in the trash!
